Dimensions TOP

• A specified dimension can be for either height, length, or width. Typically the length refers to the longest of these sides. If you do not know which side the dimension refers to, please use the Customer Service form to inquire.
• Dimensions can be a plus or minus 1/4". Please use the Customer Service form if deviation is greater than 1/4".

Shipping Methods TOP

• All orders ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are typically received within 3-7 business days after order is processed. However, please allow for up to 10 days for any particular order before considering it lost.
• Primarily shipped via USPS priority. However, shipping methods can vary depending on order size and warehouse requirements.

Rush Delivery TOP

• The Rush delivery method works best for getting Crystal Figurines in 1-2 days
  

• Deliveries to PO Boxes cannot be rush shipped.
• Deliveries to non-contiguous states or Canada cannot be rush shipped.

International Deliveries TOP

• Available for Crystal Figurines and Optical Laser Crystals

• GiftsForYou.Biz accepts orders for international delivery (for Crystal Figurines and Optical Laser Crystals only!) to limited countries outside the U.S. and Canada (primarily Europe, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand.) Other countries are subject to e-mail and possible telephone confirmations.
• Not all countries will be delivered to, such as countries mentioned in this article "TOP countries for FRAUD by MSNBC reporter...". And yes, that list is over 2 years old, so if you have one more recent, please submit it.)
• In addition, delivery costs and times mentioned elsewhere on the GiftsForYou.Biz website do not apply to international deliveries. Other international countries/customers should contact us via e-mail, as they could incur higher shipping costs and additional delivery times.

• A personal note can be added to your order by way of adding a "card" ($3.95). Along with the note itself, please also state the occasion for which the card is being added in the comments section of the order form, so an appropriate card style can be selected (trust us, it'll be nice).
• The personal note that can be included should be fairly short (e.g., not a letter).
• An example of a note on a card could read:

Our favorite grandma. Happy
50th birthday. Lots of hugs
and kisses. We Love you tons!

Gift Wrapping TOP

• Gift wrapping is done by very proficient and experienced packaging personnel who always display good taste and use the most suitable gift wrapping available. However, refunds are not available for wrapping inconsistencies or "differences in aesthetic appeal".
